Back when the earth’s crust cooled, I had the challenge of moving my eggplant-shaped body in a form that barely resembled exercise. I was 170+ pounds, and had the endurance of a soap bubble.

Slowly but surely, I started exercising by simply walking around my neighborhood. It was a great start! And that’s something you can do too.
